OnlyTrash is an online platform designed to connect waste, recycling, septic, portable sanitation, environmental services, and related industry professionals with employers and employment opportunities.

OnlyTrash provides technology that allows users to create profiles, publish job listings, search for talent, submit applications, communicate, schedule interviews, and manage portions of the hiring process.

OnlyTrash is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, background-check company, employment attorney, or party to any employment relationship created between users.

OnlyTrash is currently operating in beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, removed, or unavailable without notice.

Beta users may experience errors, interruptions, inaccurate displays, delayed notifications, lost drafts, or other technical problems.

We may use feedback, error reports, and platform activity to test, repair, secure, and improve the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an OnlyTrash account.

Employers and individuals acting for an employer must have authority to create the account, post jobs, communicate with applicants, and make hiring decisions on behalf of that employer.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or business, or create an account for someone else without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential and for activity performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account information reasonably current, and notify OnlyTrash promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

OnlyTrash may require email verification, identity confirmation, or additional information before allowing access to certain features.

Workers agree to:

• Provide truthful and reasonably accurate profile, experience, license, certification, availability, and application information
• Upload only resumes and documents they have the right to use
• Avoid false claims about driving history, qualifications, employment history, education, or professional experience
• Communicate honestly and professionally with employers
• Independently evaluate employers and job opportunities before sharing sensitive information or accepting employment
• Comply with applicable licensing, employment, safety, and legal requirements

OnlyTrash does not verify every worker credential, license, certification, resume statement, or employment claim.

Employers agree to:

• Post only genuine employment opportunities for which they are authorized to recruit or hire
• Provide reasonably accurate information about the job, company, location, duties, qualifications, pay, and hiring process
• Avoid misleading pay claims, fake openings, deceptive recruiting practices, or requests for improper upfront payments
• Protect applicant information and use it only for legitimate recruiting, hiring, and employment purposes
• Follow applicable employment, wage, safety, anti-discrimination, accessibility, privacy, and recordkeeping laws
• Obtain any legally required consent before conducting background checks, driving-record checks, drug testing, or similar screening
• Make independent hiring decisions and independently verify applicant qualifications when appropriate

Job advertisements and recruiting activity may not unlawfully prefer, exclude, discourage, or discriminate against applicants based on a protected characteristic.

OnlyTrash may review, reject, remove, limit, close, or suspend a job listing that appears misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, expired, duplicated, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

OnlyTrash does not guarantee that a job listing is accurate, that an employer will respond, that an applicant will be qualified, that an interview will occur, or that employment will be offered or accepted.

Employers are responsible for their job listings and hiring decisions. Workers are responsible for deciding whether to apply for, interview for, or accept a position.

OnlyTrash does not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, hires, wages, hours, benefits, working conditions, job duration, employee performance, or business results.

Any employment agreement is solely between the worker and employer. OnlyTrash is not responsible for payroll, taxes, insurance, workers' compensation, benefits, workplace safety, supervision, discipline, termination, or employment disputes.

Users may communicate through OnlyTrash messaging, notifications, applications, invitations, and interview tools.

Users are responsible for their communications and must not use the platform to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, intimidate, discriminate against, or unlawfully contact another person.

OnlyTrash may preserve or review communications when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, address security concerns, respond to support requests, or comply with law.

You may not use OnlyTrash to:

• Post fake, deceptive, or fraudulent job opportunities
• Request payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, equipment purchases, check deposits, money transfers, or financial assistance as a condition of receiving a job
• Collect Social Security numbers, bank information, identity documents, or other sensitive information before there is a legitimate and lawful need
• Promote illegal work, unlawful discrimination, harassment, trafficking, exploitation, or unsafe activity
• Scrape, copy, harvest, sell, or misuse worker profiles, resumes, contact details, company information, or platform data
• Send spam, mass solicitations, malicious files, phishing messages, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions, security controls, row-level security, authentication, rate limits, or access permissions
• Introduce malware, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or access records belonging to another user without authorization
• Reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right

Users retain ownership of the content they submit, including resumes, profile information, job listings, company information, messages, logos, and application materials.

By submitting content, you grant OnlyTrash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform.

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

The OnlyTrash name, platform design, logos, graphics, software, source code, database structure, text, branding, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to OnlyTrash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of OnlyTrash technology or branding to any user.

You may not use the OnlyTrash name or logo in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Some employer features may require a paid subscription. Available plans, prices, job-posting limits, and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the payment provider's applicable terms.

Subscriptions may renew automatically if that is disclosed during checkout. Applicable charges, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

OnlyTrash may change future pricing or plan features by providing reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already paid unless required by law.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable.

OnlyTrash may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, email delivery, analytics, payments, and other platform functions.

OnlyTrash may also contain links to employer websites, application systems, company pages, or other third-party services.

OnlyTrash does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, products, services, or conduct of third parties.

Report suspicious accounts, fraudulent listings, harassment, security concerns, intellectual property complaints, or other violations to:

Include relevant account information, job details, messages, screenshots, and a clear explanation of the concern when possible.

OnlyTrash may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or remove content when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for another person, misused the platform, engaged in fraud, failed to pay applicable fees, or created legal or security concerns.

Users may stop using OnlyTrash at any time. Account-deletion requests may be submitted through support.

Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after account closure, including provisions relating to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and user responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyTrash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

OnlyTrash does not warrant that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every user's needs.

OnlyTrash does not endorse or guarantee any worker, employer, job listing, company, applicant, message, qualification, credential, background, statement, product, service, or employment outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyTrash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or employment-related losses arising from use of the platform.

OnlyTrash is not responsible for the conduct of users, employers, workers, applicants, recruiters, companies, or third parties.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, OnlyTrash's total liability arising from the platform will not exceed the amount the user paid to OnlyTrash during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars if the user paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so some portions of this section may not apply to every user.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold OnlyTrash harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, account activity, job listings, hiring activity, communications, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact OnlyTrash at support@onlytrash.net and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the platform must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Kentucky.

OnlyTrash may update these Terms as the beta develops, features change, subscriptions are introduced, or legal and operational requirements evolve.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of OnlyTrash after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and OnlyTrash concerning use of the platform, except where additional written terms apply to a specific service or purchase.
