Employer company profiles and job listings may be visible to workers and visitors. Information sent through messages is available to the participants in that conversation.
Service providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, email delivery, website operation, security, and payment processing. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for OnlyTrash.
Payment card details are generally collected directly by our payment processor and are not stored directly in the OnlyTrash application database.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect the safety or rights of users, investigate fraud or abuse, or defend the platform from security threats.
Business transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of the OnlyTrash platform or its assets.
OnlyTrash does not sell personal information for money.
4. Public and Profile Information
Information included in public job listings or public company profiles may be viewed without an account.
Worker profiles are designed to help employers identify qualified candidates. Workers should not place Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in their profile, resume, messages, or application materials.
Users are responsible for reviewing the information they choose to post or send through the platform.

OnlyTrash and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technology to keep users signed in, remember account sessions, maintain security, and support essential platform functions.
Blocking essential cookies or browser storage may prevent login and other account features from working correctly.
6. Data Security
OnlyTrash uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and platform information. These measures may include authenticated access, database access controls, row-level security policies, and restrictions on how users may access or modify records.
No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Users should use strong, unique passwords and notify us promptly if they believe an account has been accessed without permission.
